Hailey and her parents hosted a lavish garden gala to kickoff her first ever Hailey's Charity Art Auction Benefiting Rockefeller State Park Preserve. One of Hailey's passions is living sustainably and raising awareness to reduce waste, that meant there would be limited disposables used at her gala. Hailey and her mom collected beautiful china and glassware from generous neighbors in and around Westchester to eliminate the need for plastic plates and cups! The use of stainless flatware, cloth napkins and cloth tablecloths eliminated the need for disposable varieties. There were about 45 friends and family in attendance at the gala, appetizers, dinner and desserts were served. At the end of the event there was just a half a bin of trash! All of the reusable items were saved for future events.
